  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a wide skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes; cook until pink and slightly golden.
  3. Stir in minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and milk while stirring, then add mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, and additional butter. Mix until melted into a creamy sauce.
  5. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce using reserved pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.
