- 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 18 oz spaghetti
- 4½ tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ⅜ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¾ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 3 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning; cook until golden brown (7-9 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (30 seconds). Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream; gradually mix in cream cheese until melted.
- Add Parmesan and mozzarella slowly, stirring until creamy. Season to taste.
- Toss cooked spaghetti in the sauce, then add chicken back to skillet to warm through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
