- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1¼ cups heavy cream
- 10 oz Velveeta cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Sauté in olive oil and butter until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, cook minced garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and milk.
- Stir in Velveeta cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning.
- Toss cooked spaghetti in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve topped with sautéed chicken and garnish with parsley.
