Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1¼ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- 1. Boil the linguine in salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
- 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear the ground beef until browned. Set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, melt butter; sauté onion until soft and add garlic.
- 4. Stir in Italian seasoning and garlic powder; add cream and milk, simmering until thickened.
- 5. Mix in all cheeses until melted and smooth; fold in the ground beef and linguine with reserved pasta water.
- 6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
