  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1¼ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the linguine in salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
