- 3 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh basil (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Prepare the dressing: In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta with mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes. Pour the dressing over and gently fold in the fresh basil until well combined.
