Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Stir in minced garlic for an additional 30 seconds before removing the beef from the pan.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream and milk; let simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and softened cream cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Italian seasoning.
- Combine cooked pasta and browned beef into the sauce; toss well to coat.
