- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 1 tube crescent dough
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped roasted pecans
- 6 sprigs of rosemary, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough, pinch seams together, and cut into 24 squares.
- Press each square into the prepared muffin cups.
- Cut the Brie into small pieces and place one piece in each dough cup.
- Top with cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, and a piece of rosemary.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
