  • 1 tube crescent dough
  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped roasted pecans
  • 6 sprigs of rosemary, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough, pinch seams together, and cut into 24 squares.
  3. Press each square into the prepared muffin cups.
  4. Cut the Brie into small pieces and place one piece in each dough cup.
  5. Top with cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, and a piece of rosemary.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
