  • ⅓ cup brown sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cup flour
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz butter (softened)
  • 2½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add to the wet mixture and fold in 1½ cups of crushed graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Scoop dough using a cookie scoop, roll in remaining graham cracker crumbs, shape into balls, and flatten slightly on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden around the edges. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
