- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 48 pretzels
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup crushed peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and diced strawberries until mixed well.
- On a parchment-lined baking tray, arrange 28 pretzels. Top each with about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt mixture and sandwich with another pretzel.
- Freeze the assembled sandwiches for at least 2 hours.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each frozen sandwich in melted chocolate, sprinkle with crushed peanuts if desired, and return to the freezer until set.
