  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions or chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped shrimp and lump crab meat along with half of the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes if you prefer a crispy top layer.
  6. Garnish with fresh chives and serve immediately with toasted baguette slices or crunchy crackers.
