Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions or chives, chopped
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped shrimp and lump crab meat along with half of the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes if you prefer a crispy top layer.
- Garnish with fresh chives and serve immediately with toasted baguette slices or crunchy crackers.
