Instructions

  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions in olive oil over medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Toast Arborio rice in the skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  5. If using, add apple vinegar and stir until absorbed.
  6. Gradually add warm broth one ladle at a time, stirring frequently for about 18-20 minutes until creamy and al dente.
  7. Stir in caramelized onions, turkey bacon, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Adjust seasoning as needed.
