Ingredients
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt olive oil and 1 tbsp butter. Sear seasoned steak until browned. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream; simmer gently. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
- Add cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning; mix until smooth.
- Toss rigatoni with the sauce and return steak to combine.
- Serve hot with optional parsley garnish.
