  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt olive oil and 1 tbsp butter. Sear seasoned steak until browned. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream; simmer gently. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
  5. Add cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning; mix until smooth.
  6. Toss rigatoni with the sauce and return steak to combine.
  7. Serve hot with optional parsley garnish.
