Ingredients
- 16 slices deli turkey (roasted or smoked)
- 8 slices creamy havarti cheese
- 4 large croissants, sliced
- 4 teaspoons apricot jelly
- 4 teaspoons honey mustard
- 2 tablespoons melted garlic butter
- ½ cup microgreens
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Drizzle of honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Halve the croissants horizontally.
- Spread apricot jelly on one half and honey mustard on the other.
- Layer havarti cheese on the jelly side and turkey on the mustard side, then add microgreens.
- Reassemble the croissant halves and brush the tops with melted garlic butter.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning and drizzle honey on top.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
