Instructions
- Beat room temperature unsalted butter and confectioners’ sugar in a stand mixer on low speed until combined. Increase to high speed and mix for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
- Add kosher salt and Biscoff spread; mix on medium speed for 2 minutes until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add heavy cream one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. Mix well after each addition.
