  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce evenly on top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. For extra crispiness, broil on high for an additional 2–3 minutes if desired.
  7. Let rest for five minutes before garnishing with green onions and red pepper flakes.
  8. Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or with vegetables.
