- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce evenly on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- For extra crispiness, broil on high for an additional 2–3 minutes if desired.
- Let rest for five minutes before garnishing with green onions and red pepper flakes.
- Serve over rice, in lettuce wraps, or with vegetables.
