  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 3-4 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Chopped coriander

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
  4. Add ground meat and brown thoroughly.
  5. Mix in spices and salt; cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add diced potatoes and enough water to cover them; bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  8. Garnish with garam masala and fresh coriander before serving.
